This bar is spectacular In terms of taste and texture. The outer layer of milk chocolate tastes like regular milk chocolate. The inner texture is slightly cakey like a below average brownie. Most protein bars are dense and have a doughy texture I dislike. The crispy bits lightens the bar, and the variation of textures makes this bar my current favorite protein bar.
