Payment & Delivery
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon successful placement of order, an order acknowledgment containing the invoice will be sent to the email address that you've provided in the online order form. We advise you to keep the email or print the invoice out, as these are your receipts and proofs of purchase.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for all purchases at 360activ.com can be made via PayPal, credit card and any other payment methods available on our platform. Customers do not need to have a PayPal account to pay using credit card via PayPal portal.
PRICING
In the scenario when items in our catalog are priced incorrectly - price of the item sold by 360activ.com is higher than the correct stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
No cancellation of orders are permitted after the placement of orders. All monies paid to us which constitute payment for the orders, shall not be refunded.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
360activ.com will only exchange products with manufacturing defect(s) only, if the defective item is returned to us in exactly the same condition it was received by the customer. Customer has to return the item to our store, at own cost and 360activ.com will send the replaced item to customer. The delivery cost will be borne by 360activ.com
LOCAL ORDERS & DELIVERY
Delivery is available from Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays, and is carried out by our appointed courier. Please allow 5 to 7 days for your order to be processed and shipped, subject to changes. Items will be left at doorstep/riser if no one is at premise. There will not be any redelivery.
FREE local delivery for all orders $65 and above in a single invoice! Free local delivery only applies to Singapore mainland and is subject to our courier partners's delivery schedule.
In the event that you requested for a particular time of delivery during checkout and it cannot be fulfilled due to courier's delivery schedule or limited stocks, you will be notified the soonest possible. 360activ.com reserves the right to amend the delivery timings.

- Overseas shipping will typically take 10-14 days
- International delivery is chargeable upon checkout

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & OTHER FEES
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are specific to the destination country. Therefore, we do not know what the amount will be. Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package reaches the destination country. If the package is refused or returned to us, you will be responsible for any import taxes and/or return shipping costs incurred by 360activ.com

LIABILITY FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILURE TO PAY DUTIES/TAXES:
Delivering your orders to you quickly is our priority, but we cannot offer order refunds to customers who provide incorrect address information or fail to pay their country's customs duties and/or taxes (if applicable to their order).
*Our office is closed on weekends and Public Holidays. For enquiries made over the weekends or Public Holidays, we'll respond to you as soon as we are back to the office the following working day.
