this product works, period. Its tasty a bit sweet for me (please reduce sugar) but full of berry flavor. I am on 3rd "batch" (each purchase is 3 boxes), I have started on 7th box. Can feel my knees getting stronger and pain is no longer present. It also greatly reduces muscle spams due to my cartilage being eroded. I am also able to walk faster n up and down stairs with more confidence and can feel my knees working well to support me.

I was the last among my 3 siblings to try CH-Alpha, after having a knee pain and their positive experience on knee and joints. My knee pain was gone after taking about 10-14 vials but I also increased protein intake at the same time.
